These columns have a money or hours heading and nothing in them reached a total. Map the column above if it should be counted.

Each of these rows equals the rows above it added together, so it may be a block total with no label. It may also be a real purchase. It is counted in the totals until you say which; if it is a total, the rows above it are in twice.

These rows had an amount but no date. Every other dated row in the same block fell in one season, so we counted these there too.
Rows we could not place
These rows had an amount but no date, in a block that spans two seasons. Choosing one would be guessing, so they are held out of every season total.
Hours unknown
These labor rows have a cost but no hour count. They are counted in the money totals and excluded from every hours-per-show and hours-per-build average.
Cost unknown
These labor rows have hours and no cost anywhere in the sheet. Their hours are counted. Their cost is left out of the money totals as unknown; it is not counted as zero and it is not worked out from a rate.
